The food is always delicious, but of the 5 times I have ordered delivery, this is the 4th time my order has arrived incomplete. I wanted to bring it to your attention, but I may take a break from ordering for now.
Half the order was missing and the food tasted horrible
I didn't get my almost $7 a slice cake , I talked to Cracker Barrel and was told to come pick it up. I told them I paid to not have to drive to Fairmont to get my food and no I will not drive to get something I already paid to have delivered.He didn't seem to care at all.
The broccoli wasn't cooked, the steak was made well done when I had ordered it medium rare, i didn't receive my sweet tea and biscuits that I had ordered. Tried calling the store and was put on hold for 7 minutes so I hung up.
Did not get my okra and ranch and there was barely any dumplings or chicken just mostly gravy
I order this several times a month. This is not the same chicken. The pieces were extremely small and not juicy like normal!
first time ive had an issue with cracker barrell and since door dash won't credit me so I. could reorder. I'm letting you know that fish dinner wasn't good. the mashed potatoes hardly any in the container they were all dried up and crusty.fish was soggy not crispy. greens were leftover.so if you didn't want to make it over you could have tried a little better cb. so I still continue to order from you have been for awhile,I would hope that if your managers read this they could try to credit me somewhat towards new meal. so we... read more
eggs waren't fully cooked and no syrup was provided for Momma's French Toast Breakfast®
did not receive the gravy for the Biscuits & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage.biscuits were hard and stale. Not at all up to their usual standard. will not recommend ordering for home delivery. i should be refunded for this item.
