This had to be the best experience at any Cracker Barrel I have ever been at. The is a young lady Manager EMILY!!! SHE IS HANDS DOWN ☆☆☆☆☆. She was walking through the dinning area and just asked how everything was. My 12 year old son had to reply & started asking questions about the history of Cracker Barrel. She floored us with all her history knowledge on your company. She then was telling us about the holiday items in the gift shop and not to forget about the clearance corner. I LOVE this place. I don't eat out much. I was on my way back home to NY when I saw this restaurant and we stopped to eat. OMG, I love, love, loved the food the people and the the old world atmosphere really finishes off the experience. If I had one of these in my neighborhood (Long Island) I'd be eating there every week.
Atmosphere- 4 stars- very nice clean Cracker Barrel location. Love their shopping area. Service- 4 stars- our waiter was nice and attentive. Made sure our order was correct and that our drinks were filled. Food- 4 stars- went here for dinner and was in the mood for breakfast. Love that breakfast is available all day long. Typical cracker barrel, with semi-antique themed decor and gift shop. Fare is corporate cracker barrel, good prep and presentation on par with others-fair priced American style comfort food. This is the best Cracker Barrel (Kingmont Rd). Some are CBs are better than others depending upon the chefs. I had the special two biscuits gravy country ham and grits. Very good even though small portions. Very tasty. Server was nice and took good care of my family. Some food was cold. Mine was ok. Tea water was not hot but second cup was better.
