Grits were sour couldn't eat
Didn't receive my drink the rest of the order was fine but when you pay $4 for a drink I expect it to be sent
Some of what we ordered and actually ate was not bad, such as the Apple Streusel Pie and the Country Fried Steak . The Chicken Noodle Soup Bowl was at least heated up this time, unlike the last time we got it and it had obviously just been taken out of a cooler and scooped into a bowl. My pancakes were little burnt
Meatloaf wasn't cooked throughout
The potatoes were soggy, unflavored, and not beat well. The rice was very undercooked and inedible.
Momma pancake and 1 syrup Ordered crispy bacon and it was barely above raw. Come on CB you have always done way better.
Portions were way too small
I did not receive the chicken and rice, what I got was some version of chicken and dumplings in a coagulated mess. it was uneatable,very disappointing. I have always liked Cracker Barrel but do not order often because of the distance and delivery fees. So it was doubling disappointing.
