For the third time our biscuits are hard as a rock. So disappointed when you expect a nice fresh biscuit. We were also shorted two biscuits that were supposed to come with the meal also. Do better Cracker Barrel.
The pot roast tasted like the meat came out of a can like the soups you get from the store then dump and heat up, salt and pepper didnt even help.. Definitely didnt taste like a slow cooked roast!!! The collard greens had no flavor and was disgusting, same with the broccli, hard and no flavor, not even a butter taste!! The cake was okay just a little dry.. The potatoes was dry but bout the only thing edible!! I rarely go to Cracker Barrel and because of how awful the food was tonight I won't be coming back..
Missing food. Almost every single time.
I did not receive gravy and I ordered hash brown casserole and instead got regular hash browns burnt very unhappy with incomplete order
I was not given biscuits, there was virtually no sauce in my height 57 container.
Didn't get my second side dish. Mashed potatoes were were cold.
They forgot my coleslaw. This is not the first time they have forgotten something.
The soup beans were so thick and the Dumplins were as well. I basically just threw $20 in the trash!!!
