food was cold , did not like it at all and my bacon was so rubbery and not cooked well.
Food cold, and burnt.. tough dry overcooked steak. Shrimp burnt and super hard to eat. Only thing good was chicken tenders. Mashed potatoes have no flavor

The food is very delicious. Every blue moon, there's a food quality issue. The most common issue is running out of certain food on a regular basis. Even midday. Also have issues with Silverware N' Condiments being filled properly. Asked for blackberry and strawberry jam, got a lot of ketchup instead. Most annoying issue is inability to make special requests. Tips, Tenders n' Shrimp Platter was sent in the container with lots of grease in it. Tenders were grilled not fried as requested, biscuits were hard and burnt. I was very disappointed with my order except the Freshly Brewed Sweet Iced Tea
My food was hard like it had been sitting for a while only thing i enjoyed was my mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese
My homestyle grilled chicken was very under cooked. This is the second time ive ordered chicken from Cracker Barrel that was under cooked. Very disappointing.
I usually love Cracker Barrell, but maybe Monday is a bad day to order because the Chicken Tenders and the Chicken Breast were so dried out and hard it was like they had been sitting in a warmer for hours and I've had both of these at other times and they're usually really good. The meatloaf wasn't dry but was just not fresh at all, it tasted like it had reheated more than once and the cornbread was hard enough to knock on the table like a rock.
