Pancakes and bacons were good but my eggs were not done. I had to put them in the pan to cook.
No white gravy on my chicken. Mashed potatoes hard and not fully cooked
They gave me the pot roast instead of the shepards pie. Wrong vegetables and huge chunks of meat..
Gravy was lacking seasoning so it was pretty bland and coffee was not tasty at all I order a s'mores latte and it just tasted like black coffee
Waited in store 40 mins past pickup time. Food was ice cold so it just sat somewhere while they pretended to not have knowledge of my order
The food was good the problem was that we ordered sauces with the Meatloaf n' Tenders Family Meal and we did not receive any, no ranch, no sauce. We also did not have any ranch with the Loaded Hashbrown Casserole Tots. No dressing with the salad with the Grilled Chicken Tenders and all of the tea we ordered was sweet and we received unsweetened tea with both meals. For over $120 just very disappointing.
country cookin: turnip greens automatically comes with cider vinegar on the side regardless if it's delivery/pickup/in store; to go server wrote "no longer sell" for vinegar when it's staple serving company wide. request was also specified it in order, along with note to the doordasher. also ordered a beverage, which was checked off the order list on the bag, but was not received, whether the restaurant did not fulfill/give to doordasher, or doordasher kept it/forgot to deliver.
Raw eggs and raw biscuits. Maybe just a fluke, but very disappointing
New York Strip Steak n' Shrimp Combo they don't know how to cook a steak... literally asked for medium got a well done extremely chewy steak...
