missing the entire Country Fried Steak meal. Mashed potatoes in all 3 meals were cold and dry. No chicken in the Chicken & Dumplins meal.
Ordered over easy got scrambled. No peach cobbler, no refund. Cold and congealed gravy. Bad, just bad
Usually when I go in person it's great, I decided to doordash since I'm sick and got the worst presentation ever. This is what one of my plates looked like straight out of the box. My bags were tied so I don't think it was the dashers fault.
**TUESDAY ONLY** Country Fried Pork Chops was tough and not cooked correctly. This is usually good but this time was horrible.
Biscuit Breakfast was hard as a rock. Thick-Sliced Bacon was almost burnt.
The order was not correct. All items were not included. This seems to be a common practice at this location.
Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie was subpar. Not worth it for the money. There were huge chunks of fatty and burned beef
Everything was ice cold! The deli driver arrived early than expected so it should have still be at the least warm. No everything was cold and soggy! The frech Homestyle Chicken n' French Toastwasnt even sliced like they normally do, and the egg wash was still runny on the bread! Who wants that? The pancakes eggs, and bacon were good. The grits? Inedible, went straight to the trash. Maybe the majority like how the grits are prepared but in my humble experience, if you add a little salt to the water before pouring in the grits and then stir, you would have a better result. The grits had no flavor, were too watery, and were not creamy.
