This restaurant always screws up the order somehow. I ordered three sides but only got two. The workers at the restaurant even checked off the details on the receipt and failed to catch the missing side of apples. I don't really understand how that happened. For the prices they're charging they should at least get it right. The rest of the food was very good so I'll likely go back again, but I might not order take out anymore.
smothered doesn't usually mean soaking in liquid with onions thrown on top, mashed potatoes and gravy, but barely a glaze of gravy on top...I'm not impressed this time Cracker Barrel, you let me down today. I wanted the meatloaf, but the app wasn't working right for whatever reason, so I had to choose something else and got let down.
Tried this location twice, once dined inside, 2nd was delivered. Quality of beef is terrible. Country fried steak was dry and had no flavor. Last time I had steak and eggs, also dry and no flavor and was tough to chew. Probably not the stores fault, most likely choices made by corporate to protect their bottom line so they get bonuses.
My bacon was undercooked to the point where I couldn't even eat it
I can't believe the dried gross french fries I got. They looked like they were hours old.
the roast beef was mainly fat
Biscuits weren't done, very doughy. Sausage was overcooked,tough and cold. sausage gravy not as good as it used to be, no flavor.
no fudge cake arrived. food cold. steak burnt and over cooked. burgers are burnt.
Strawberry Shortcake was very dry the whip cream for the cake is liquefied and I bought two of them
