Ordered ahead due to being short on time. Order was ready 30 minutes after original time and missing fries
this location ALWAYS messes up the order. items missing,or wrong. they often substitute items wwithout calling.
They sent burnt dressing smothered in gravy as if can't see it.
Missing part of my order! The Cinna Roll Skilletmon didn't come. The Fried Cinnamon Apples barely had any cinnamon.
The eggs were slimy, bacon was delicious 2 of my pancakes were great and one appeared gummy and had already fallen apart when packaged. I know they seen that pancakes crumbled in pieces
They didn't give me my pies at all and the meals were not how I had chosen them to be I don't think they pay attention to what the customer actually wants

TERRIBLE!! the ham it was like rubber. couldn't bite,couldn't cut,and couldn't tear. Eggs were runny and half cooked. Hash brown was nothing like the photo they posted as they were strings of potatoes. When I tried to open biscuit for butter it crumbled into many pieces. Will never eat at cracker barrel again! Cooks are a total disaster.
