We used to visit here often.. I don't know if they are under new management or if the kitchen is new but our visit on Easter was lacking. It wasn't busy at all.. There were 7 in our party. Not much else to expect... This area is better known for non-chain restaurants, bars and shops. Cracker Barrel is anywhere.
Complained to waitress that beef stew had no beef. Her repsonse? "Not everyone gets beef" Same thing has happened to friends also. Portion size has decreased. Food is always cold. Haddock is very small and overbreaded. Husband ordered steak which was so raw it was inedible. All this while prices increase. One positive note, salads are very good. Like the egg , bacon & cheese.
Won't go there again We use to like this restaurant back when they served real maple syrup with their pancake breakfast orders. But the last time we made a special visit there to get this, they served what looked to be the same "real maple syrup". Instead it was a poor imitation posing as real (bottled the same, just to fool us I think)....
