I have ordered in the past and it's always hit or miss. There is always an error or missing food items. The food they send out is good, but not what was ordered. Lesson learned and won't be ordering again. 2 stars if for the taste of the food only.
Ordered food from the app and wasn't told until we got there that they were out of what we ordered and had already paid via door dash. We had to choose another item and wait for it to be cooked so then the other items were no longer hot by the time we got all the food.
Took two hours to get and it was the Homestyle Fried Chicken Salad very poor service they should have refunded my money.
I have ordered this item so many times because it's delicious, HOWEVER, 4 out of 5 times of getting it via doordash from this store specifically, an ingredient is always missing. This time it was all the toppings (strawberries, whipped cream, etc.). It's disappointing because without those ingrediants, it's just dry pancakes and cheese filling.
Disgusting. The catfish had a large piece of eggshell on it and everything else was hard and dry.
Not good this time. Chicken n' Dumplins was cold. Fried okra looked and tasted like they were never cooked.

temperature of food was lukewarm. some of the French toast was hard, along with one set of the pancakes . missing 1 of the 3 sides of sausage. food was not tasty. not worth the money
