Missing onions and tomatoes. Portion much smaller than last time I ordered. Would not order again.
Left out my meatloaf. They can never get my order correct.
when I got the big boy breakfast, I usually get a big steak but this time it was cut up and when I put it back together to see how big it was, I could see that both plates had one steak together and it was just cut up I was very disappointed portion size not so good with the steak but everything else was delicious and I love the apples and the biscuits..
Beans and Beans & Greens this us a meal look at the portions it's like a side dish would never order this To go ever again My Iced Mocha is in this small cup warm no ice at all and taste horrible my hospital coffee is 10x better I paid a total of 60$ and I'm highly disappointed
The absolute worst order we have EVER gotten from a Cracker Barrel . We just moved here last night and every item in our order tasted HOURS old, reheated and literally crumbly. No gravy on the Chicken Fried Chicken???? Husband's Classic Meatloaf slice was 4 bites. This was the smallest portioned, driest, crumbliest bland order of food ever. Didn't even finish it, trashed it. Never ordering from or going to Cracker Barrel in Jackson TN again. Feeling the opposite of comforted!
I received my food with NO hash brown casserole ! I called and they let me stay on hold for 20 minutes without saying anything or trying to fix the situation. This is not the first time they have forgotten something on my door dash order either!
The biscuits crumbled like dried Playdo. The chicken was barely battered, dry and extremely small. This is usually my favorite meal but I was very disappointed.
DRY , so dry the ketchup was hard on The Best Classic Meatloaf
I am very disappointed with the Fried Catfish dinner I received tonight. The fish was overcooked, very greasy, & far less flavorful than I have always received from Cracker Barrel. The hush puppies were hard, as well, & the hash brown casserole & fried okra were mediocre, as well. I've been eating the catfish from here, for years, but have never had such a poor quality dinner.
