There was only one piece of chicken in the Chivken n' Dumplings meal
Thick-Sliced Bacon was burnt up.The blueberry was so bland i had to add regular syrup. I was given only one small container of syrup. The only thing that was ok was the eggs. Will not order breakfast from them again.
2nd night in a row that my Whole Milk didn't make it into my bag.... the Slow-Braised Pot Roast and Okra were very good
Did not send the onions that are listed on the menu for the pinto beans. This is the second time in a row that we were missing a component of our order.
My chicken was so greesey that I used about 3 bounty paper towels to get the grease out of just the leg and wing. And the broccoli casserole was in a container by itself like all the sides were but it only had 4bites in it and I mean small bites were the others were filled to the top.and the broccoli is my favorit. Not sure what store this came from but hope I don't use this one again !!!
Normally, I enjoy ordering Cracker Barrel. Today I'm very disappointed. I ordered a grilled catfish with seasoned rice and steak fries, but only received the Grilled Catfish. No Sides. On the receipt it says that the seasoned rice was out, but I didn't get the steak fries either. I don't understand how this item was placed in the bag without any sides.
The syrup was opened already. They only gave me one so I couldn't eat my pancakes No fork or spoon in the bag The bacon was burnt
This was my first time ordering from here, and it will absolutely be my last. The food was completely unacceptable. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs, and the sausage tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. To make matters worse, the syrup for my pancakes was placed directly inside the container with my pancakes , which is gross and unsanitary. All the chicken tasted like lighter fluid or bad smoked oil. All three orders tainted horribly. Sent complaint and hoping for the free replacement to be better and that they read what was wrong with the order. Portions are also small!!!
