We would give them zero stars if possible. Our food arrived cold, the bacon was burned, the eggs were like rubber, and they substituted something we would never order for something we did order.
Forgot my biscuit and the eggs were burnt and the sausage was and the hash browns was cold
the fried chicken was cooked to hard to eat
missing steak fries. missing 2 loaded baked potatoes. Mac and cheese not very good.
This is the third time I have not received the drink I ordered and paid for. Drinks are $3.76 a pop! I would like to have my order refunded. Plus, my chicken pot pie was thrown around in cold
The biscuits are great per usual, but those mashed potatoes leave much to be desired.
my entire order was wrong, my bacon was not cooked properly , I even specified that I wanted it crispy and they decided to give it to me halfway done, I probably would have preferred it to be burnt than not done at all. I was missing items and I spent too much money. I will not be ordering from cracker barrel anymore as this isn't the first time. they get my order wrong every time, but I try and give them the benefit of the doubt since they are close to my house. We didn't get our salad and my bacon was uncooked. The eggs were tasteless and gravy was cold
They forgot the 3 squash casserole and the mashed potatoes were very lumpy. I'd like a refund for the casserole. It's on my receipt plus I'm a really good DD customer!!
