Waited on hold to address my issues privately, however after 30 minutes of holding without anyone picking up the phone ill leave it here - Loaded Baked Potato had literally zero butter or cheese and just a huge glob of sourcream and chives. I paid over $15 for a Homestyle Grilled Chicken Salad that they omitted sending the ranch dressing for. Literally spent $30 for food I cant eat. Very frustrating.
Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage is horrible and has no flavor. the sausage tastes like mold. everything is cold. there is not enough gravy for 3 biscuits. awful just awful.
The pot pie was a dry pile of vegetables covered in doughy pastry. No creamy sauce. There were 2 small pieces of chicken in the entire thing. The bowl of vegetables? They forgot it was supposed to be soup, implying some liquid in the bowl. Not worth the wait or money.
