none of our 4 breakfasts were delivered correctly. ongoing problem with Cracker Barrel. They have no quality control over what is going out the door. If you can't support the service, then don't offer it.
Did not receive any gravy with the Country Fried Steak as well as being overcooked.
Biscuits and gravy was horrible
Food was cold when received, potato's tasted like they came out of a fridge and the corn bread was gross, didn't even taste like cornbread, it tasted like butter the outside of it was hard.
We ordered the fried chicken meal which in itself was actually very good. The problem is that each meal is supposed to come with 4 pieces and out of 2 meals, 1 was lacking the 4th piece (a little disappointing seeing that was the main course). The sides ordered were not bad besides the fact that out of the four sides (you get 2 with each meal); 1 was incorrect completely and 1 of the mashed potatoes was lacking the gravy it was ordered with. missing items, only a small piece of roast beef. like 4 steak fries. really poorly done this time
food was not good husband didnt his shrimp and chicken was very greasy
Never received order, so it's hard to say,, the corn muffins were great. As that is all we got ,, $115.00 order of corn muffins. How did you let they driver leave with just a box of corn muffins?
no flavor with country fried steak. Should also put gravy in container instead of on top of steak so it won't be rubbery and saturated. burger was REALLY overcooked and tasted like it could've been previously cooked and then heated on the grill. Really disappointed!
