I been to a lot of cracker barrels but today's experience was the best one I've ever had at one. Valerie took care of us and she was super attentive to everything and it was super busy because of mother's day weekend. She was super nice with our entire group of 7. Thank you Valerie for everything!
The chicken tasted like rubber, and the food took a while. It was also very crowded and busy. However, the server was very polite.
I always enjoy a nice home cooked meal cooked to my liking! Cracker Barrel doesn’t disappoint with great customer service, clean restaurant and wonderful experiment overall! Manager is attentive and friendly, he walks around making sure everyone is happy and doesn’t hide in the back like most!
I came in for the chicken and rice special. I was so happy they brought it back. However, they changed the way they make it with just a chicken breast on top of rice with some gravy on top. Not what I was expecting. The chicken used to be mixed on with the rice and gravy. While it tasted fine, just was disappointed. Had great service and like always the gift shop is amazing.
Our server was very kind and the food was delicious. Everything was perfect, definitely a great birthday dinner. I recommend this place to everyone.
