Meh First time at Cracker Barrel. Brought three others from work for an anniversary celebration. We entered thru the store and gave our name for the list. We were seated 10 minutes later. Standard great cracker barrel food and service We come here with family every time we are in Phoenix and have not been disappointed. The store is fun to browse, food is always fresh and delicious, no one leaves hungry and the service is always friendly and efficient.
Gotta eat local Southwestern cuisine that's easy on the pocket. I got grilled pork chop (not the usual huge American serving) but it came with a choice of two sides - I chose mashed potato which was a mountain of mashed potato and cheese grits. The corn bread which was a staple wasn't bad at all.
family and freinds night out Four of us dined and enjoyed the food and service. However, if we asked for more bread, or butter, please bring it. It is silly to not have enough (paid for or free) bread and butter on the table.
