Wow, food is significantly undercooked -- so much so, that I'm nervous to eat it. The meat is congealing together and just looks raw. I've ordered the entree at other locations with no problems. Major quality control!

First time we've had a less than pleasant experience here. My husband got the Country Fried Steak, I got The Best Classic Meatloaf. We both got mashed potatoes w/gravy and both had chunks of uncooked potatoes. His steak was good, but his side of seasoned rice was not seasoned at all. My meatloaf was a very small slice and burnt as well. Nothing "best" about it. Might order from here again, but would be hesitant.
smaller portionsize than ever definitely not worth the money
I am once again so disappointed in cracker barrel for the third and last time and it makes me sad to report that my food was absolutely horrible. I had to door dash food because we are all super sick. We wanted some homestyle cooked food, that used to be one of our favorite spots for this type of food. The dumplings are extremely salty and as thick as my finger. After chewing for 10 seconds it's just a mouthful of very smarmy flour paste. It's also extremely dense and in away hard. New York Strip Steak & Shrimp Combo it was cold and not medium rare as requested. the seasoned rice was crunchy and seemed old
You should package things better and seal it better.
Campfire Beef This meal was substituted and in it's place we got another chicken. Looking at the picture we figured we could share the meals. Portions were alot smaller and not worth the money. We didn't get our bread and as promised another container and ranch dressing. And because you substituted without asking we were stuck with a meal we couldn't eat. We were very disappointed.
