Today I had the Campfire Shrimp Skillet. I added a side of dumplings, because I have a rule that I must always have the dumplings. 😀 The skillet came with 2 red potatoes, 2 ears of corn, 4 pcs of andouille sausage and 5 shrimp. It was delicious. The sausage has a kick but not a burn. (Perfect!) The skillet cost $10.99, so I call it a good deal. Went to Cracker Barrel for brunch…They really need to do better with the food, it was Not good! And look at the salt shakers, they was wet inside and rusty tops! I disgusted with the looks of it! They have gone down bad!
My wife and I were driving through and made the cove to stop for dinner. They were out of our initial menu choices, but that was because we came later and the food was so good. What we did order was terrific. However, the thing that stood out to me was the staff really worked well together. They cared about each other and enjoyed what they were doing. All in all, the experience added to the enjoyment of our trip.

Stopped by for a snack at the gift shop! They did not have the coconut lime macaroons :( but they did have key lime pie white chocolate bar! Plenty of parking for big trucks and trailers!
