They have the best food and the staff really enjoyed it!
The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great!
Food was suppose to be ready at 10:30 but at 11 they tried to tell me it would be 20 more minute. This would put the food being ready a full hour late and what was already ready was cold at this point. They seemed to have no concern at all that I was going to be late and seemed annoyed I was concerned. This location is horrible. They said it was EZ Caters fault but either way would not recommend for lack of quick resolution.
Food was great, other than the fact that we had a pan of uncooked bacon
Some missing items and Cracker Barrel refused to replace them. They blamed it on the delivery person. The food was good and hot and the staff enjoyed it.
Food arrived late, but delivery driver was very communicative. Restaurant needs to work on packaging some items as they arrived leaking.
Cracker Barrel food is always great, however, we were missing the biscuits. They use an outside delivery service for ezcatering orders, so I will be booking directly through them next time as this is the second delivery mistake through the service.
Food took forever and was behind by about 30 minutes
Food was over an hour late and the restaurant said they had 5 orders before me. That’s not my problem. They shouldn’t have accepted the order if they could not provide in the time requested.
