I specifically ordered Sawmill Gravy for Buttermilk Biscuits i did not get the Buttermilk Biscuits . I paid extra for the Buttermilk Biscuits extra for the Sawmill Gravy and cant use either one now

Consistently get poor service at this location. Haven't ordered from here for over six months because of the issues, and am immediately reminded why I should never order from this restaurant on door dash.
Food was good but every time we order from this location we are missing food
The catfish was very good but could have used a tartar sauce for each piece of fish. Our Dasher tried but they were kind of rude to him. The carrots were cold, but the apples and fish were great! The Chicken Noodle Soup Bowl was too salty I tried to add extra chicken from home to help but it was still too salty.
The ham was salty and tough
Rude customer service when I had went in to pick it up
I have ordered the family size before and this was not it. They gave it to us in a pancake container not the original container. Definitely not worth 22$ Barley fed two people.
The hash brown and onions were still raw and crunchy
