Service Sucks Our waitress was more interested in talking to people than helping with our order. It was over 5 minutes before she turned it in due to her talking to people at the other table. The order was wrong. Had to ask for tea refills. Never did get bread.
Gave Crackerbarrell a second try. They refused to take our order.

Cold food. The hostess was nice and the cashier was nice but the server had no clue. The only thing hot was the country fried steak, turnip greens and the hot tea. The mashed potatoes and the hash brown casserole was cold. The coleslaw looked like it was the smallest bits left in the bottom of the food processor. It should have been called colemush. The corn bead was hard and the biscuits were...
Awful They charge out of this worl prices for food that is not that great and we did not get very much and the wait staff sucked.
bad lunch experience my meal was uncooked (raw Chicken) and I didn't have time for them to make me an alternative. and as well as my crew, they saw my chicken and couldn't finish their meals either

Not a pleasant experience There were three in our party. When we were served, one order was not correct. The server took it back, and for the next 30 minutes the others ate while one waited to be served. Our waitress was very sorry, but was obviously new and had no clout to correct the situation. Too bad, because we usually love Cracker Barrels....
