This restaurant is hot or miss in quality. Last night was a miss. Cinnamon roll pie came in original and was too cold. Chocolate cake was dryer than expected for a moist cake.

I'm a bit disappointed with my breakfast. It taste as if the biscuits are old and the had is nasty. I've never had an issue with Cracker Barrel but I always order from Doylestown. Never again from Plymouth meeting

Was rather let down by the experience. I never received the drink I ordered, which appeared to have not even made it into the order when picked up according to the dasher picture. The Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast was a good portion of food for the overall price. Eggs, sausage, and bacon were well cooked even if the ham was incredibly fatty while simultaneously dry. Food is good, but my only issue is the bag is never sealed properly when delivered. Please go back to the COVID safety practices.

Once again, ordered from Cracker Barrel and was a little disappointed. The food is always good - never any complaints. However, the side salad that was ordered was not delivered. What I don't understand is that their receipt is actually marked for each item as being accurate.
