Didnt have half my order when I arrived to pick it up and refused to refund me for the missing items! Manager told me since I ordered through DoorDash then I should take it up with DoorDash!
I order from Cracker Barrel several times a week and today was awful. The beef was fine but there were no onions, a tiny bit of carrots and half the size of the usual potatoes. I called the manager to complain and he told me to contact Door Dash. He had little interest.
burnt and dry Meatloaf horrible
Food taste like it was cooked in old pots, also very bland, french toast was cooked fully making it mushy. Choose the bacon over the sausage.
You guys left out my hash brown casserole and the ham looks undercooked
Fresh Strawberry French Toast Bake was hard and had no flavor. Decaf coffee cup was only half way filled and not very warm. Never received my Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake. Meatloaf was barely warm
the Meatloaf is dry as hell. top looks burnt, tried to eat a few bites and it's inedible. very disappointing.
They forgot my biscuits and I asked for blueberry pancake so got charged extra jst to get the cheaper thing.
They always forget something. This time it was the biscuits. Not going to order again, especially when they won't even knock a dollar off the bill for the error.
