everything was great, except no plates were sent
It was the absolute worst experience by EZ cater, Cracker Barrel, and Uber driver. None of them communicated with one another. I waited for over 1 hr and 15 minutes on a $1300.00 order. Do not use Cracker Barrel in Murfreesboro and find someone competent at EZ cater to speak with.
15 min late and did not send the ice that I requested or any plates! The 3rd party driver said she waited 20 min for the food to be ready when she arrived at the restaurant. Very disappointed.
