Alexis was EXCEPTIONAL! We ordered the Grandmother breakfast with pancakes which were delish as we're the variety of meats. However, the signature Hashbrown Casserole was still crunchy! Alexis asked if I wanted something else instead but I had put my eggs on top of the casserole because they were runny and I don't like to waste food! Disappointed and surprised!
We brought about 55 people from CHS here after a Robotics Competition in Auburn. We called at the beginning of the week and then called before arriving. Cracker Barrel was slammed that night due to it being Valentine’s Day, but the manager, Corinthia, told us to come on. When we arrived, around 7:45, they seated us in the back immediately. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The servers are truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure we have a fantastic dining experience. Their warm and welcoming attitude makes us feel right at home every time we visit. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience that keeps us coming back for more!
Waited 15 minutes to be seated. After being seated took around 15 minutes to get our order in. 20 minutes later waitress comes out and says that over half our party had to choose something else on the menu that their grill had stopped working. We reordered. The food we can order tastes burnt. Overall very dissatisfied. Manager took half the party’s food order off the tickets.
My husband's food was cold. Our food was not hot. It was barely warm. They did not have carrots that I ordered. Part of the food came without all of the sides. One person's plate came later than the rest. It took much longer than usual for our food to come out. Our server did a good job, issues with the kitchen were out of her control.
