I never received a promo $10 bonus card for a Monday 10/23 pickup of a Thanksgiving Heat n' Serve family meal. When picking up the meal the restaurant said it would be emailed to me. Got my receipt and other marketing emails sent to me but no promo gift card. Checked my inbox and spam folder; nothing. The management was rude and unprofessional we constantly heard screaming and sexual comments and words obscene behavior. I was serviced by what I remember was a young women in training she was a sweetheart and tried her hardest and the older women was very disrespectful for her I attempted to give the server in training a $30 tip because you could tell the lady was doing her so wrong and really did not like her occupation.
