Pecan Pancakes were cold when they arrived and like rubber!!
The store is less than 5 mins from my home and food was ice cold by the time it arrived. I also ordered the three sides chicken tenders entree and only received 2. (no green beans) But paid the price for three. I love CB food but this experience was very disappointing.

I would like to have received the full order. i am missing the hashbrown casserole. The two times I've ordered before this, I had missing items. Not good, Cracker Barrel, not good.
I was missing my stuffed baked potato and as someone on a restricted diet, that's all I ordered for myself to eat. I called the restaurant and the girl on the other end was very rude and not willing to help
Burger was dry and overcooked.
We were missing an entire meal. The chicken. And my son's cheeseburger only had 5 steak fries. Very disappointing. My fried turkey was good, but missing the cranberry sauce
