the House Salad is always fresh and crisp and is my favorite! this time the croutons were left off and one didn't have cucumbers. that's the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star.
Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast The chicken was tender and it was a good sized piece. The whole meal was great and plenty left for another meal. Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage Two Eggs* Didn't care for the sausage but the rest of the meal was great.
Two Buttermilk Pancakes with blueberries were good. Homestyle Chicken was good as usual, but the loaded baked potato was small and hard and was setting there for a long time. The side salad was good but didn't have croutons and no butter with the biscuits. The orders have been hit or miss lately.
It really doesn't get any better then this! I order this same thing every time & it always transports me right back to my Grandparents house! The hot buttery 🧈 grits! Bacon 🥓 cooked 🍳 to perfection!
Homestyle Chicken is very good and always tender. Two Buttermilk Pancakes with blueberries and blueberry syrup was great! the Loaded Baked Potato was old and dried out. This is the second time I have gotten one this way. The house salad was fantastic!
Homestyle Chicken was great as usual but the loaded baked potato was quite old and should never have been served.
Homestyle Chicken is fantastic as always! It's the best I have had. Loaded Baked Potato was great. I got a side of Fried Okra but I wouldn't recommend getting an extra side. The okra was ok but very small portion for the price.
the blueberry Two Buttermilk Pancakes were delicious! the Homestyle Chicken was tender and so good as always! But, the loaded baked potatoes were warmed up in a microwave and the ends were hard and cheese and bacon was microwaved together with the potato and just not good. But everything else was delicious!
Food was good, cold but good. Nice size portions.
