French toast burnt , cold, bacon supposed to be crispy it was all flabby
What an utter disappointment! They definitely do not care about delivery orders, as apparent by the portion sizes (about half regular order). Even the cake was a let down. The only decent thing was the latte- which was just over HALF FULL and not the flavor I ordered. Food was hopelessly bland. Chicken smashed so thin.. AND overcooked.
Ordered soft bacon... it was so dry and hard it crumbled when I bit it. Sausage was chewy. Eggs over cooked and no silverware. Just disappointed
Food was severely bland. Corn and green beans were soggy, asked for mashed potatoes with brown gravy, got mashed potatoes with sawmill gravy. potatoes were on the runny side as well. Chicken was a great portion, but it too was dry and bland. My son said his mac and cheese just tasted like noodles, I wouldn't taste them just by looking at it. Very sad. I've been to Cracker Barrel a few times out of state and the food was delicious. I order from the one in town and it was complete mush. $45 bucks later for a complete waste.
country fried steak had spots I couldn't chew I threw it away
drink is advertised as 32oz. It's barely 16oz.
everything was over cooked or burnt. the southern fried chicken was too hard to even chew
Very dissatisfied with the chicken. Won't be ordering that again. Everything else was fine.
The Chicken Fried Chicken didn't have any gravy on it. The Sunday Homestyle Chicken was soggy because the juice from the green beans spilled into that part of the container (maybe they should be in a separate container as this happens every time). One of the 2 cobblers didn't have any ice cream and the other one had it in the same container as the cobbler (it's usually in a separate container, so you can put it in the freezer while you eat).
