That was the most disgusting food, the ham tasted like it had gone bad. It was so salty I couldn't eat it. The gravy was the consistency of paste. I will never order or eat from This restaurant again.
There was about enough gravy on the turkey breasts to cover about half of one. Probably running low. The grits were so soupy someone on a liquid diet could have sucked them up through a straw, no problem. If I had been there I would have sent it back. I guess that's the point. I wasn't, so who cares.
Both orders of eggs had eggshells
Got the Country Vegetable Plate. The food was just OK. The turnip greens tasted like they were cooked with old grease/ butter and mostly stems. The mac and cheese was flavorless. Bland food (zero seasoning) and skimpy portions. Definitely won't be ordering again!!!
Whip cream was melted into soup. Pancakes overcooked will not be ordering again unfortunately
Lid not tight so gravy went all over the bag plus I paid extra for the extra gravy. Very disappointed!
I'm thinking the fried chicken had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I could barely bite through the skin, and when I actually got to the meat it was stringy and overcooked. Disappointed. The receipt even showed that it had been quality checked. Was that just to make sure everything was in the order? Because the food was far from quality.

The food is good but if you order extras you may as well cosnider the money you spent on them a donation. Extra syrups for the pancakes never get added! You can call the restaurant and speak with the female maanger and she will tell you she will PERSONALLY make sure the extras are added but when your order is delivered it will only have one not the extras you paid for. My last time ordering from Cracker Barrel!
