Did not even put a seal on the plastic to make sure the food is good. Poor packaging or who ever prepared my order.

Bacon wasn't crispy like requested
Unfortunately I received ranch dressing for my Homestyle Fried Chicken Salad was spoiled and chunky with a horrible smell. Ruined my salad :(
I'm fluctuating between 2-3 stars because this is the 2nd time we've ordered from them in 2 weeks, and it's been disappointing each time. The portions are less than when in the restaurant. Absolutely no condiments were provided including: butter, jelly, Ketchup, or even syrup for the pancakes. What is the point of choosing these things if they're not provided. The biscuits were flat again. and we didn't receive any utensils. Oh, and the chicken with the meatloaf wasn't supposed to be chicken tenders...again.

Also the bacon is not done. I had to recook it myself. I have never experienced this bad service from Cracker Barrel and am very disappointed in the meal I received
Always love Cracker Barrel but my experience today was horrible Momma's Pancake Breakfast® was horrible pancakes were old and grainy and the fresh toast was hard and over cookees
Fresh Strawberry French Toast Bake was not what it was advertised to be. Did not receive my drink and I had to order it twice because it was stolen the first time. the french toast was just stale bread. do not recommend👎🏾
