First off we had a very new waiter who needed way more training, however he was friendly but really needed to be shadowed with someone experienced! He really messed up our orders and didn't refill drinks though asked 3 times! I waited for a manager 20 minutes and one never showed up to talk to me! Definitely a management issue on a NOT busy Saturday evening! The cook must have been new also, received 8 okra for my side, not joking 8 okra 🙄! Just an all around bad experience!
Cracker Barrel in New Albany will not disappoint. Clean, comfortable restaurant. You’ll be greeted when you come in. Maneuver through the gift shop and go left. We experienced a few minor issues with our order, but Michael and Savannah provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to fix things. Michael was incredibly kind, (A big sweetheart to be frank) and truly made our day better. The food was also delicious.
My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by Kim at Cracker Barrel, and she deserves every bit of recognition! From the moment we walked in, Kim greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Have been wanting to stop by at a Cracker Barrel forever, and so glad I finally did on our road trip back to Florida! This place is so good! Being a Sunday, they were busy, but after a brief wait, we were served the juiciest and most generous sized fried chicken platter and sides that were very tasty and enjoyable! To top the experience, we had the sweetest server Sydney who totally made our day after almost 10 hours on the road. So courteous and attentive. A great experience indeed!
