Food is always consistent a a Cracker Barrel. However, the Urbana, IL location has an exceptional staff. Everyone was kind and seemed ready to move the world to make us happy. Management and Crew, thank you for making this a wonderful experience.
I love Cracker Barrel. Excellent food, prices are good, good old days memories of stuff there. I did not want to leave. Relaxing and enjoyable. Gifts, store had many memories of things I had not seen in a while. I brought a few things. It was so nice there. The Cracker Barrel in Jackson, Michigan is a great place to eat and have a wonderful evening. I did. First time there and it will not be my last.
Consistently good food. Cozy atmosphere. Clean & convenient. A wide variety on the menu.
I received a gift card for $50. When attempting to redeem it the redemption number on the back was entirely scratched off and not visible. I received nothing for my gift card and contacted customer support. I received an email stating they would send me a replacement card. This never happened. I am unable to contact anyone at cracker barrel as there is no way to communicate with a live person. If I could leave a worse review I would. Avoid like the plague. They have not changed their new woke ways. They just stopped the woke trash and new sign but are the same trashy company at heart. They claim to care about people down on their luck and willing to give a spot for people to park but then quiet threaten to tow your car if they see it the next day. I was at the Brooksville location off of 75 the service was five star my waitress was *****she was fast efficient and always busy. My complaint is I was in there on a busy day Saturday and there was no bus help she was having to bust her own tables taking time away from her customers I thought it was ridiculous how people would stand around including management and the host and not help her bust the tables
Very uncomfortable place to eat. You’re rushed to order . The hamburger was under cooked and sick for hours . A miserable place to eat a dinner !

I've been a loyal guest eating there 2 x's/ wk. Difficulty returning items. Do not want to give your money back. Contacted company and received a ticket saying that someone would contact you about returns. Never followed through.
