Great service and good ambiance Typical of Southern cooking Cracker Barrels, but with very friendly people. Our favorite server was Bret. Ask for him, if you go in. Food coming out of the kitchen was a bit slow, but it was worth the wait. The country store half of the business had delightful items for sale at reasonable prices and even some great bargain items.
Called Sawmill Gravy for a reason The Twin Cities used to have a number of Cracker Barrels but the Lakeville one is the last remaining. Breakfast here with my 12 year old reminds me why it has faded. Food was ok - will give a shout out to the bacon...biscuits were decent but the sawmill gravy was obviously made with sawdust. UGH - not a fan....
