My steak was very tough and my soda is very watery
Biscuits were hard and burnt. Bacon was tough
**WEEKEND ONLY** Southern Fried Chicken fries were cold, everything else was delicious.Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast was lacking. Eggs were unappetizing and the pancakes were smaller than normal.Wild Berry Tea (Half Gallon) was delicious as always. They forgot the Silverware, syrups and butters, too.
Taking 40+ minutes to make a salad is ridiculous
The order when it arrived was horrible the mashed potatoes portion was so small and the the meatloaf wasn't as tasty. Very disappointed. I don't know what changes have happened but I'm not happy with Cracker Barrel
I asked for a side order of ham which charge me $8.44. In the picture you will see ham, but the meal came with ham .I did not get the side order of ham as you can see in the bag but they want to refund me $2.34. That is unacceptable.
Too much pepper and dried out
The pot roast was very tough and there was only one potato and no carrots. It was as if they scraped what was left and gave it to me. Servers should never serve someone something that they wouldn't want to be served. Also, the dumplings were delivered without a lid and wrapped in aluminum foil, which is less than ideal imo when you're having food delivered.
The food was good however they covered the containers with foil instead of a lid and juice from the beans soaked everything in the bag. I'm surprised the bottom of the bag didn't rip open.
