Forgot to send oj, applebutter was bbq sauce, ordered blackberry jam none came, ordered crispy bacon received 1 1/2 straps of undercooked bacon. If this was the first incorrect order I'd be forgiving and wouldn't write anything but sadly it's not. We had a good run Flint CB but you seem not to care about service or quality anymore.
Fried Chicken was horrible. It was old hard burnt and dripping in oil.
Order took longer than estimated time due to the restaurant's inability to make food on time. After arriving, she had to wait an additional 20 minutes and the restaurant wasn't even sure when the order was placed. Also, two pancake meals were ordered and we only received 1 syrup for both meals.
My drink was missing I was missing two macaroni and cheeses and a steak fry My steak was cold and not cooked how I wanted it Chicken tenders were mad The other stuff was good fries were cold
Charged me for something even tho they didn't have it. Didn't offer a substitute, just left my order incomplete while charging me full price. Also. Some details on menu are misleading.
Eggs were undercooked(runny whites) but everything else was great
Chicken tasted funny. I threw it up an hour later
Missing side items, mashed potatoes were dry and disgusting
