burnt chicken. cold fries and dumplings. 1%milk instead of skim milk. did not even start making order until washer showed up apparently. everything tastes old and cold.
The daily specials are no longer posted to the Door Dash menu. I liked trying those and miss access to them. please fix this.
Well, my sweet potato casserole was missing. what I did get was good, but missing part of your dinner is disappointing. I order from here at least once a week because of the veggies. please double check your orders.
Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie had hardly any hashbrowns in it chicken and dumpling soup had no dumplings and barely any chicken it was all broth our corn bread was missing my straw was missing all together not happy with my order
My food was cold when arrived The baked potato was overcooked and hard. Meatloaf needs a gravy on it.
The food took about 40 minutes to prepare. The dasher waited for much longer than the couple minutes they said it would be. The dasher sent me a text apologizing, clearly not his fault. All in all, extremely disappointed as the food was not up to par. The biscuits were burnt on top, the piece of ham was maybe three bites and the chicken was super greasy.
The chicken was awful ! It was so dry it was inedible. The biscits were burned, and we were not even given our soup. I called the store, I sat on hold waiting, being told I would be connected to a manager. I waited for 10 mins and then hung up.
Missed half the order. No offer to fix it
what have you done to your turnip greens! My last two orders with the greens have tasted terrible! They have always been my favorite from you! PLEASE go back to the way they were!!
