Momma's Pancake Breakfast® der The eggs are under cooked so runny. the ham is sticking from the eggs yuck
They put my side of bacon and Hashbrown Casserole Tots in the same container, the Iced Pancake Latte was just black coffee with ice zero flavoring wtf. The Fresh Strawberry French Toast Bake was really small and no silverware
I had 3 big pancakes wit one syrup when I asked for extra. Why would so want one and have dry pan
Lettuce was wilted and failed to cover the entire burger. Gave me 1 (one) end slice of tomato (all skin). A handful of fries. Barely warm.
Wow! Disappointed in the quality. When I ordered, it said it came with 4 slices of french toast. It arrived with only two slices. The meat was overcooked and dried out.
That was the worst Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage I have ever had in my life, honestly they should just take it off the menu but the Momma's French Toast Breakfast® was pretty good I enjoyed the French toast
no Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie no condiments no utensils in bag Peach Cobbler not good not a fan of bacon on mac and cheese but kids liked it other stuff was good tho 😉 no napkins
All food was cold. The $5 side of Hashbrown Casserole was about 2 tablespoons of food. The Bacon n’ Egg Hashbrown Casserole was Hashbrown Casserole with a slice of cheese and 2 strips of bacon laid on top. Not only has the quality of their food gone down, the portions are smaller, and it's definitely not worth their raised prices.
I ordered the steak tip breakfast, and they didn't have steak tips. They didn't let the door dash driver know that there was a problem until the driver asked if the order was ready after waiting for 15 minutes. I had to call Cracker Barrel, and then the persons that I spoke to were rude. They didn't offer any suggestions at all or apologize for anything.
