I called before ordering to ask about if the fruit cobbler came with ice cream and was given wrong information and after I got my order I called back because we ordered the fruit cobblers and expected ice cream along with them because my kids wanted ice cream but when I called they said they don't put ice cream in Togo orders because it will melt before it gets to where it's going. ( I live 5 minutes away) So don't expect any ice cream from your orders on here.

I only received 2 pancakes and the scrambled eggs for both kids meals. They didn't put both biscuits for each meal I ordered and didn't give me the other 2 pancakes that I paid more for. So I paid almost $19 for only 2 scrambled eggs and 2 pancakes which is insane.

Instead of 3 strips of bacon. They gave me 3 pieces of bacon that were strips cut in half.

they only filled the kids drinks half way...the potatoes were dry as a bone...everything verged on barely warm, and they were extremely rude to the driver. Never again.

I keep asking them to put gravy on my meatloaf and for the 3rd time I didn't receive any. I called the kitchen and ask her and she's assured me she would see it go through.. That's right hand

Ordering on this store's website is usually a challenge not experienced with other restaurants. Many items not available. Items sometimes do not arrive with delivery. Cracker Barrel gift cards not accepted for online ordering.
