steak and hashbrown casserole was missing steak, onions and tomatoes. they asked me if I wanted bacon instead. why wouldn't they have steak. then I only got $4 back.
my french toast was over cooked and sausage was hard.

It never fails, despite being one of our favorite restaurants, there is at least one item left out of an order. Very frustrating when the food is higher priced than many restaurants that always get the order correct.
We've ordered a few times now. Everything is great, as it always is in the restaurant. However, the biscuits and gravy have been left out entirely both times! This is the main part of a person's meal, so I've had to make something else for him each time. The food is great, but I don't understand why it's always the same thing left out.
Ordered a family sized chicken and dumplings. There were exactly 5 pieces of chicken in it.
