Delicious as usual... The portions are sizable for the price, which impressive these days. The service was good and the restrooms were clean. Overall itvwas a great experience. The store is fun to look around in. There is plenty of parking, even for RVs.
REI did an amazing job in her duty as my server today. Her attitude and attentiveness was top notch and appreciated. I also wanted to recognize a server named Sam. Her customer service to an elderly lady was outstanding, ensuring everything for the customer was well and her experience was positive! Both these ladies are a definite asset to the location! Moral was also evidently high too as the manager Mindy was engaged with customers and employees.
Ordered online and gave them plenty of time to get order prepared. Pulled up and checked in. They then came to my car and told me they didn’t have an item and needed to substitute. They had my phone number and email address 1 should’ve contacted me way before I got there about their problem. I said substitute for whatever was fastest - as I had a deadline. It’s 1000° inside. Our waitress was terribly forgetful. Took forever to bring drinks. Ordered 2 meals 1 came out 20 minutes before the other. Our waitress took 15 minutes to check on us before she could get the other meal out. Yes it was busy, but she was nowhere in site. Not helping other tables.
The food was amazing. But my server was the best that I have ever had at a cracker barrel. You can tell that Bridget truly enjoys her job and cares about her customers. She attentive friendly and so kind. Her customer service skills were the best. I go to store 420 alot but this was the best visit. Please give Bridget a raise or make her employee of the month.
