I have contacted Cracker Barrel Customer Service twenty times this week - there is no way to get a live person. I have tried to contact through their website Chat - never, ever are they on line - always states "Chat Agent Unavailable." On Saturday evening (March 4, 2023), my husband and I left the Airport after a long day of travel. We visited your Cracker Barrel location at 344 Rockwood Rd, Arden, NC 28704, to enjoy a meal. About 25 months ago I purchased 2 polywood rockers from the store in Grapevine TX. One of the rockers is falling apart at the rails. The rockers had a sticker on them that stated they have a 20 year warranty. Attempting to return the rocker at 2 different locations I was told they did not handle the warranty and to call the main office. Will probably file a larger complaint but so far I'm out almost 200 dollars from a purchase made on Christmas Eve at the Cracker Barrel off the 101 and i17 in Phoenix, AZ. I used my debit card initially was told it did not go through but the money was removed from my account. I tried to tell the associate, but she said on her side it didn't go through. Don’t order their curbside Service as it is horrible. I ordered my food and the pick up time was 4:27 and an hour later I still don’t have my food. I’ve gone in the building and asked about it. I’ve called them three times I’ve gone online and entered my curbside parking number and nothing works. Still no food. Very disappointing service at this facility.
Stopped in at the Kenosha, Wisconsin restaurant/store on Tuesday September 20th, 2022. My wife ordered meatloaf.
