I ordered bacon which I did not get called the store in sulpur la the General manager rudely told me he fixed it his self and blame it on the dasher wow never will eat here again
I paid over 40 dollars for 2 hamburger steaks, received only one. This is the 5th, 6th or 7th time I've had problems with them. Never again will I order from Cracker Barrel. Their excuses don't feed my family.
Missing silverware and the cornbread was extremely hard, but other than that, food was yummy.
When I first began ordering Cracker Barrel, the food was delicious. It slowly started to decline though. Tonight, I ordered Momma's French Toast Breakfast® and it was disgusting! The food was cold, flavorless and just flat-out not worth the price. The French toast had no powdered sugar, it was soggy, and all the pieces were stuck together. I cant believe it says it comes with three sides but I had to pay 2.59 for each side on top of the two pieces of fish and three Nichol sized hush puppies and mashed potatoes. 22.00
The Chicken Fried Chicken was insanely bland and rather dry. The Mac and cheese was delicious along with the biscuits. The loaded hashbrown casserole had barely any hashbrown and a TON of cheese and bacon. The sweet tea was good too, not a fan of basically just the chicken
French toast looks like it was made from small bread and I ordered spicy chicken to go with and I got sausage instead. Terrible
Pot pie NOT as Shown! Had 3 dashers go to pick up my order! Undercooked, undersized , all crumbled buscuits, No cornbread, terrible communication and Service
portions were very small and half our items were missing.
