Cracker Barrel offers a wide selection of foods.. You can get breakfast anytime of the day if you want it. Great southern home cooked meals. I have never been disappointed with any of the food I have eatten there!!!
We love Cracker Barrell. Sometimes the service is hit and miss but not here. Jenn was our waitress and she was quick and efficent. Even though we stopped at the lunch hour, we had breakfast and as usual, always good.

no wait time on a Friday night which was nice. food was hot and served quickly. Prices very good. free refills on most beverages. the trout was moist and flavorful. Very welcoming place with a great store to browse if there is a wait time.
Normally we love Cracker Barrel but this time the meal was not as we had expected. All four of us ordered the Fish Fry but found it was more batter than fish. A lot more batter! Their carrots also appeared to be watered down without much flavor. Maybe it was just this store but if they are all like this...
Love that it's a quick drive across the road from the hotel. Cracker Barrel has its typical fare. It's our go-to restaurant on our trips to avoid the fast food places.
Love Cracker Barrel... 90% of the time the service is great and friendly and you can generally depend on the food. Not a fine dining experience but sometimes you just want to know what you're getting. Especially when you've been on the road for hours.
Cracker Barrel's breakfasts are always great...can't be beat. However, their dinner meals are average, at best. My husband and I had the pot roast dinner -- there was more fat than meat on the beef, ok mashed potatoes but nicely seasoned green beans. This is a normal stop for us as we normally stay next door when heading North from our home in Florida. We have never been disappointed with the food. Portions are adequate and quite tasty. Their Coca Cola cake is not always available, but all desserts can be shared.
