Pecan pie was packaged with half the crust missing and the Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was hard and missing more than half of the icing.
Delish but arrived cold. Toasted bread kind of burnt.
Food was cold . Not quality we are used to. Small portions.
The dumplings were hot, but everything the green beans and has brown casserole were cold. The biscuit and cornbread were hard.
Was very excited bc they got everything right and it all looked great.... until I opened my fried chicken box. Let me preface this by saying, that the Dasher was at the store for an extended amount of time, being kind to keep me updated of the status of our meal, and I assumed it was bc he had to wait for my fried chicken to be freshly fried. I placed an order that included a whole pie and was charged for the whole pie. What I received was a single piece of pie. In addition, my "side of fruit" consisted of 5 blueberries, 3 pieces of pineapple and 2 raspberries. Not the first time this type of thing has happened.
