The only good thing about this order was the awesome Dasher, who delivered it. The soup was literally a bowl of broth with next to no vegetables, the iced coffee &iced tea had no ice & the tea was unsweet. Very disappointing
My chicken was OLD! So overcooked it was barely any meat. I was highly disappointed. The side portions were as small for a child. Maybe I got the leftovers !.
Meatloaf not the same consistency very soft and undercooked
Sausage overcooked and hard, hashbrown casserole burnt on the outside and mush on the inside. So disappointed, Cracker Barrel used to be so good.
The Southern Fried Chicken was dry and flavorless, my side of steak fries consisted of 8 total fries. The Grilled Chicken Tenders were awful and the Mac and cheese was horrible. The only good part of this meal were the biscuits.
Second time ordering from this location, second time they've forgotten something.
Food that showed up was burnt. Food that didnt arrive I asked for reorder and they said they needed a 2 hour window for cake to be made. Not listed anywhere and I said "so if myself or the dasher picks it up no one is notified" and they hung up the phone
The glazed tenders were tough and stuck together. The apples were covered in broth from the dumplins.
No butter or syrup to go with pancakes, The eggs were not done correctly. Disappointed in the Biscuits n' Gravy the gravy was already like jello. Overall not a place to order and wait 2 hours on. Well, at least we know for next time.
