The food is always great. The customer service, however, is horrible.
Chicken n' Dumplins are not as good as they used to be. I will probably never eat them again unless they go back to when they were great. thicker broth, better dumplings, and smaller shredded prices of chicken

driver was awesome. cracker barrel needs to put a sticker over straw hole on drinks. food was delivered ahead of suggested time which is fine by me
