Walk across from Hampton Typical Cracker Barrel with very convenient location, right across from hotel. There are other choices but we chose to go with Cracker Barrel knowing the consistent service and quality of food. No wait, medium prices.
one of better Cracker Barrells we've been to We are Cracker Barrell lovers for the past 30 years. Our kids are fans for 10+ years. They are consistently good. This particular place was equally good, although my daughter said the chicken and dumplings were better than is typical. Very Friendly Place My family and I, were there in Nov of 2007. We are going back at the end of March 2008. It was a fun place to take the kids to eat and show them the nice country store. Yes, the kids and us did buy things from the store. So go and enjoy yourself here.
Food was awful and the portions were small . My husband ordered soup they gave him half a cup. The salad with grilled chicken .... Couldn't gind the chicken! Manger was wonderful and took it off the bill

I like the food, but I think it's soooooo rude that they bring you the check while you're still eating, without even asking if you want anything else. This was the second time it happened to me. Has this happened to anybody else? I felt like I was getting kicked out!
Food was ok. Listened to the idiot manager get out of hand with a employee about about a customer request for seating. This will be my last time going if you need to speak to a employee do it behind closed doors or before/after hours not in the dining area maybe a better training program for all ?
